Remote Support Sessions

Once we have agreed to remote support we need you to do the following:

1. Press the button on the left & run the files when prompted.

2. A small dialog box will appear with a Partner ID , read that back to us and then the password.

3. Hey presto ...leave the rest to us!

About our remote support service

We are able to remote into your computer or network offering you support in the comfort of your home or office.

If we are providing ad hoc support, this is chargeable and we will require Credit card / Debit card payment unless other terms are agreed.

Technical Note: We use full encryption software to remote into your computer. The software offers secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used by https/SSL. The password changes with each session to ensure added prevention of unauthorised access to a remote system.

By using this "Remote Support Service" you agree that:
All remote service and software provided "as is", and the engagement of our services is at your own risk.
You are responsible for backup of your data and applications prior to the session.
Some technical problems may not be suitable for resolution via remote support Link, we will advise you if this is the case, as soon as possible.
ABCOM is not liable for consequential damages of any kind.
