We are currently looking for a Computer Support Technician who has experience in a 2nd line support role.
The ideal candidate will have this experience and knowledge:

Troubleshooting a variety of problems both hardware and software related.

Solving PC problems using remote access from knowledgeable resources, as we support the majority of our customers remotely.

Use remote access for diagnosis, configuration, troubleshooting network problems.

Must have experience with Microsoft Operating Systems.

Good knowledge of Server 2003, Exchange and Active Directory.

Dealing with support calls – 1st line/Helpdesk. So a good telephone manner is essential.

Knowledge of Port Forwarding.
-
Experience of patch panels/switches- ideally RJ45 cabling.

Knowledge of business firewalls.

Network design experience
Other requirements:

Full, clean driving licence and preferably own transport.
