We offer economical & effective repair services for a wide range of IT equipment, including servers, desktops, laptops & printers.
On-site and in-house repairs. Come to us or we go to you. Home or office.
All completed jobs feature an "engineers report" which is issued for the customers reference. This outlines all the time & labour needed.
Our in-house engineers utilise a dual clock system; one clock measures the time our engineers spend working on your system, the other measures unassisted working time, e.g. A virus scan or defragmentation.
We do NOT bill for unassisted time therefore you get the best possible value for money.

- After the repair we offer 1 x free Remote Technical Support troubleshooting session (Internet Connection Required).
Remote Support
With your permission, we use remote access software to control your machine and 90% of the time can fix most common issues without even leaving the office!
