Job Description:

Duties: to be performed under the guidance of the directors.

1. Provide Telephone and Remote first line support
2. To Progress to Provide site based installation of hardware and software

The successful applicant will have to successfully complete a CRB check

Probationary period: 3 months

Weekly Wage:

£150 Per Week

Working Hours:
9am – 5pm

1. Have the physical fitness to complete the role as demanded by the duties above
2. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with team members and the Clients in small operating environments
3. A good telephone manner and a cheerful disposition
4. Be able to work as a part of a team and adapt accordingly

Additional important qualities:
1. To hold a full UK driver’s license or commit to passing test with in the year
2. To have knowledge of all aspects of installation and support for Windows 7
To have knowledge of Windows server environment
